hello Declan hope you enjoed the med cruise.The Hooley in Santa Ponsa was the best one yet,a great location,such a large choice of excellant food.Well done to the chef for his bread pudding,creme caramel,rice pudd.profiteroles and choc sauce etc.succulent roasts, steak pie,sheps pie were a pleasant surprise beside all the other lovely continental dishes.There truly was something for every taste.The air conditioning throughout the hotel made it a very pleasant stay. Being given melon slices while around the pool was an extra treat,we were really pampered!All the music was great of course,and i think i enjoyed the open air night the best,to be able to sit outside at night and not be shivering with the cold, listening to you declan was smashin!I REALLY HOPE YOU TAKE US BACK TO SANTA PONSA NEXT TIME!!!Love from Anne xxxx

Declan, almost ten years ago now I lost my mum to cancer, she was a big fan of yours, although I have never seen you myself, I just wanted to say Thank You. In the last two months of her life she was hoping to make it to see you in Scotland as she had done numerous times before. Sadly she had become too ill to make it. But Lizzie, and Jane came to see you and at some point in the evening they gave you the phone, and you sang a song to her, I was with her when she took the call and cant tell you how delighted she was you did that for her. Sadly on 27th December she died. My mums name was Valerie or Val to her friends. It meant a great deal at a very difficult time. Best wishes.
